This workout routine ensure the pectorals are worked from various angles using rep ranges to ensure the muscle fibres are being broken down. Triceps are hit secondarily when performing most chest exercises so it's ideal to finish them afterwards. Choose weights that are challenging but do not try to push too heavy with movements like the Dumbbell Fly or Barbell Press to avoid injury.
